We will try our best to ship your order within the next business day with an estimated delivery of 4-7 business days. Our free shipping is not valid for orders outside the Continental US. Expedited Shipping Overnight and 2-Day Air delivery is available to the contiguous 48 states. Shipping charges will be displayed before you submit your order. Orders received before 1 PM PST will ship same business day. Orders after 1 p.m. will ship on the following business day, with orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday will ship on Monday. UPS Air and Ground service is only available to physical addresses. We can not send packages via UPS to a PO Box or APO/FPO address. Tracking Your Order USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation on ALL Orders!* All other orders will be provided with a UPS tracking number 4-7 business days average delivery. Not valid outside the 48 contiguous states. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to P.O. box ZIP codes in the U.S., including U.S. military P.O. box addresses such as APO and FPO. * Please note that Delivery Confirmation numbers are not tracking numbers. USPS often will note update the Delivery Confirmation number until the package is delivered. Shipping To International Customers Due to Homeland Security regulations, these packages need to be processed manually at the post office which could cause an estimated delivery of 5 to 10 business days. Military Orders (APO/FPO) Many online retailers will not ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses, but here at i-vue.net, we are happy to serve our customers in the armed forces, stationed at any AE, APO, AP, or FPO address. However because these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the cost of insurance and postage. Shipping Notes: Most orders received after 1:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the Post Office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the ship day, please contact us at info@i-vue.net. Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. If you want to change your order, you can cancel and replace your order by emailing us or logging in. Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it by emailing us and getting a RA (Return Authorization). See Return Policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, return it to us postmarked within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money* (less our shipping costs). Refunds on clearance or promotional items will vary; please contact us. If you intend to return any item after 30 days of receipt please contact us first for approval. * All orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit; we advise you send items insured for your protection. If returned items are damaged in transit you may receive only a partial refund or credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless an item is received damaged or defective. If an item is damaged, please e-mail or call us so that we may replace the item or have it returned to us at our cost. Instructions For Returns Email us at info@i-vue.net to receive an RMA number. This number must be present on the box when the product is returned, or it will be returned to you. When your product arrives back at i-Vue, the product will be reviewed and a refund will be credited back to your account. Defective Product If you received a defective product, please email us at info@i-vue.net to receive a replacement product. Our warranty is good for 6 months from the date of purchase and will only warrant a repair or replacement of the product, no refunds.
